Congratulations Beyoncé and Jay-Z!

Oh yeah, it seems that the much awaited bundle of joy in the world of rap and R&B has made her appearance. I am talking about Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z’s bundle of joy, what else? Do you still remember how Beyoncé announced her pregnancy at the 2011 MTV VMA? And after months of waiting and speculating if she really is pregnant and the gender of the baby, we finally found out that both Beyoncé and Jay-Z has just welcomed a princess into the world.

The 30-year-old superstar, Beyoncé welcomed the healthy baby reportedly named Blue Ivy Carter at New York City’s Lenox Hill Hospital on Saturday night (January 7) via a scheduled C-section with husband Jay-Z by her side. No official news is released yet about mother or baby but if this is true, then congratulations are in order.

Why the name Blue? I have no idea, let’s ask the father. No photos are released yet so we’ve got to wait a little bit longer to see how the little kiddo looks like.
