Sunway Pyramid

I am on a Christmas Deco Photo Hunt. My target is the big shopping malls around KL and Selangor area (that I know of). I’ve listed a few malls for my photo hunt and Sunway Pyramid was my first. “Joyful Christmas“ is the name of the theme.

I absolutely love the Snowman, I think the size and height is really fitting. Love the idea with the Robins too. I took the photos when I went there with Mom for Aladdin The Musical and on the second time for Mom’s birthday shopping and dinner. I think it would’ve looked better if there were reindeers attached to the sleigh but I guess the reindeers were hungry so they went grazing. :-D I am a colorful-light lover so the whole setup looked good enough for me. :-P

There are beautiful decorations outside of Sunway Pyramid too, such as this nice Christmas tree in front of the Sunway Lagoon entrance. Oh if you have speedlight it would be so much nicer. Sadly, I have none. I am eyeing one right now although I hope somebody would buy it for me as a Christmas gift instead. :-P

    love the snow here.. i'm swishing it back and forth with my mouse movement. hahaha i had this on MSE last year but skipped this year. btw, your pictures look great.. I like how unedited it is.. kadang tak suka tgk photos yg too "retouched" and overexposed.

    Hari tu nampak macam biasa je the deco, but in the pics it looks wonderful. love the white christmas tree. anyways, i heard Bangsar Shopping Centre always has amazing deco. I kinda like the deco at Pavilion. KLCC in recent years have been disappointing.. hopefully this year it'll bounce back.

      Thanks sweetie, I think the photos ni coz I'm using Nikon kot.. My cousin is a professional photographer. Masa I wanna buy camera dulu, I got ask his opinion lah and he told me that difference between Nikon and Canon photos is that Nikon photos are "soft" while Canon photos are "sharp". If you have "soft" photos, you can manipulate it by editing or just use it as it is but when photos dah "sharp", you have limit to manipulate the end result.. So that's one of the reason I chose Nikon. I don't want sharp photos.. :)

      I only play around with the settings of my camera (since they said must use MANUAL at all times) so kena tukar2 settings according to location and lighting. I also don't like to edit sangat photos. Bila nak put on blog, just put watermark and sometimes put "low" contrast.. Most of the time I don't change contrast at all..

      I dah plan next week go Curve, BTS, Pavilion, KLCC, Empire Shopping Gallery. BSC pun got nice decos ke? BSC will be a bit out of the way for me so kena plan lah nak pergi or not.. :D I gila kan? No time nak tambah lebih kerja lagi.. :p
