There are so many things to decide at the moment. One of the things I have to do at the moment is sort out all the photos taken on my Spa and choose which is best to put on the Spa’s website (under construction right now) and which to use for other purposes. But before all that, I have to edit these photos and it is not a very easy task. Then there are so many other things I have to do for the Spa that my other projects – food & fashion – have to take a backseat. So, I am in a disappointed mode right now. I realize I cannot do everything at once, especially if there is not enough co-operation from those involved.
Which also means, I have to make decisions on my staffs.
It’s not good to work yourself too hard until you forget to eat and fall sick. Last Friday, I only ate once and was so wrapped up in work that by Saturday, I had a stomach ache and couldn’t eat so much at Eyriqazz‘s daughter’s birthday party and not to mention that by the time I got home and tried to finish the work, my body temperature went up and now I am sick.
So, in the event of recuperating (or trying to) this morning, I heat up the “Sup Tulang” that my cousin brought from Singapore and ate with some soft French Loaf.
Whenever my cousins would come up to KL, they never fail to bring some Singapore food for us, especially our favourites - Karipap, Mihun Goreng Mamak, Sup Tulang and Tau Suan. Some of my friends were shocked to see the very red Mihun Goreng Mamak and Sup Tulang but I totally love them. The soup is rich and yummy. I never have any problem with these foods.

Ya, it had been a crazy busy week.. I look awful at the moment.. Pimples all pop out already because so stressed up.. Sometimes when I buat kerja byk sangat, I sampai dah lupa want to eat.. And then when it's time to eat, cannot makan already because perut dah masuk angin.. If force eat also, start la sakit, senak and everything..
But I know, mmg kena take care makan.. Coz I don't want my gastritis to come back..

Yums, the sup tulang is awesome! But it's not spicy at all sweetie.. Many of my friends get turned off by the color but it's actually just the coloring.. The soup is quite sweet and not hot at all..
It's also thick and not like the very soupy watery sup tulang we usually have in our restaurants here.. Because it's thick that's why nice to eat with french loaf!

Nope, the sup tulang is not spicy at all.. In fact, it's quite sweet, unlike the sup tulangs we have here in Msia.. The red is just the coloring, it's not chilli paste..

Sup Tulang literally translates to Bone Soup.. But the dish actually consist of mutton leg and shin bones cooked with chilli sauce with rich mutton soup base.. The marrow and cartilage are also eaten.. Some people make it spicy but usually it's not spicy.. It's really nice to eat with bread or french loaf.. Yum yum indeed!
